All leaders can be builders of a good childhood.

Itla promotes wellbeing leadership, where activities and services are built around the needs of children, young people and families. A society that cares for the wellbeing of children, young people and families needs skilled leadership that helps operators to cross sectoral boundaries, to organise in an agile way and to build trust and inclusion. In contrast to this operating model, there is an operating and leadership approach based on organisational or professional structures, in which giving and receiving help and support is separated and splintered. 

Itla organises long-term Childhood Builders leadership training programmes that strengthen people-oriented and meta-skilful leadership, building of cross-sectoral ecosystems, inclusiveness and the capacity for renewal. 

Leaders and decision-makers from different sectors of society are invited to join the training. You can also let us know if you are interested in participating. There are about two courses starting per year. More detailed schedules and possible special priorities for the selection of participants for the courses will be announced separately on the Itla website and social media channels.
